New Perris, CA distribution center opening January 2026

Update: In its April 22, 2026 grand-opening announcement, KDS listed April 30, 2026 as the official opening date for Perris, with a ribbon-cutting scheduled for May 1. The original announcement below reflects the earlier January 2026 plan.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new 800,000-square-foot Komar Distribution Services facility in Perris, CA, set to be operational in January 2026. This state-of-the-art facility strengthens our West Coast operations, enhancing supply chain efficiency and capacity for both B2B and eCommerce fulfillment.

Designed with electric truck readiness and advanced automation, the new facility reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

With advanced systems, including a T-Sort automated pick-and-pack system and an automatic storage and retrieval system with 80,000 pallet positions, the facility is designed to uphold our high operational benchmarks of 99.98% on-time shipping, 99.95% inventory accuracy and 99.9% compliance with client requirementst.
